The breakfast was generous with bacon and eggs and omelettes from the kitchen, as for instance, and the restaurant's offer was outstanding. Location: the hotel was near to center, the Old Town, and Hamburg for up to 5 people for 24 euros. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the lobby bar. Service-oriented staff, everything was really good.

Conveniently located just outside the city gate, making it easy to drive in without going into the center. The hotel had spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, and free water, tea, and coffee in the rooms. Additionally, the free wifi was a nice perk.
The free parking spaces were often full, so we had to park in the garage under the hotel, which cost 12 euros. The rooms had a cold atmosphere, and the beds were too hard for our liking.

The family room is great for families with kids, it is a bit separated from the main room with a sliding door and has a bunk bed and lots of toys as well as video games.The pool was very warm which makes it great for younger kids.
The typical hotel smell from carpets is somewhat overwhelming. The pool area plus shower was very dirty plus the floor is extremely slippery.

It is a very nice and comfortable hotel, good location. great breakfast, nice rooms, good barhrooms, sauna and huge swimminpool. Friendly staff.
The food in the restaurant is good but there is not very much to choose from. I would like to have bigger variety on menus.
